Account Partner - Commercial Med Tech (Switzerland)

Jobgether is currently hiring on behalf of a partner company to join its Med Tech sector as an Account Partner. This remote, full‑time role offers the chance to have a tangible impact on healthcare technology adoption across the region, working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Med Tech clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Develop account strategies and execute plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and expanding client engagement.
  • Track account performance metrics and provide regular reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, offering insights to optimize client operations and enhance adoption of solutions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the Med Tech or healthcare technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial sales strategies and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
