SummaryProvide comprehensive support to the Account Management team in securing appropriate and effective insurance programs for clients within NFP’s Private Client Group (PCG). PCG delivers coverage solutions for high-value personal assets, including luxury residences, jewelry, fine art, wine collections, memorabilia, automobiles, and watercraft, ranging from recreational vessels to superyachts and mega yachts.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Support the team in managing the portfolio renewal cycle, ensuring service standards and workflow processes are consistently met.
- Compile client or prospect information and develop complete submissions into a presentable format for approval by the Account Manager.
- Identify and raise potential issues during the information gathering and marketing process to senior level with suggested solutions.
- Assist the Account Management team’s client engagement and activities by assembling quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Participate in monthly Account Management team meetings to discuss changes in the insurance market, internal issues, carrier relationships, responsiveness, service, and specific account matters.
- Assist in sharing information and coordinating responses to insurers, wholesalers, and reinsurers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people.
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrating reliability and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adjust to changing workload and priorities.
- Ability to coordinate resources and responsibilities.
- Self-motivated with positive attitude.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Epic (agency management system) is a plus.
- To support hybrid/remote work, candidates must have access to a reliable, confidential, and interruption-free workspace, along with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Previous brokerage or insurer experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is a plus.
- P&C License required or obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Industry designation (e.g., CIC, ARM) is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $42,000 – $69,000.
The base salary offered will be determined by factors including but not limited to experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
