- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of executive sales professionals to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Drive assigned strategic and enterprise accounts to increase annual spending.
- Develop and execute detailed annual sales plans for strategic accounts, creating a qualified pipeline.
- Nurture and expand relationships with customer executives through regular business reviews.
- Provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast accuracy using Salesforce CRM.
- BA/BS degree; MBA preferred or equivalent job-related experience.
- At least 7 years of experience successfully selling Enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably in the provider space.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales quotas and managing complex sales exceeding $1M.
- Demonstrated success in selling directly to C-suite and Key Opinion Leaders in large health systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a strong work ethic.
- Experience leading initiatives to grow the sales funnel and collaborating with marketing teams.
- Ability to close high-value deals.
- Strong customer references and relationships in the healthcare sector.
