Business Development Representative for Wound Care Supplies

aSure Wound Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This remote position is based in the US Midwest and requires previous sales and business development experience in the long‑term care industry.

Base salary plus commission
Shift: Monday – Friday

• Previous experience in sales and business development in the long‑term care industry
• Strong communication and time‑management skills; ability to thrive with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients
• Cold call potential customer leads and coordinate sales efforts with team members
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Attend trade show conferences as needed
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Drive the end‑to‑end sales process
• Prepare and submit sales contracts
• Continuously improve service and performance through feedback
