This is a full-time hybrid Sales Agent role based in Hershey, PA, allowing for a combination of in-office work and some remote work flexibility. The Sales Agent will engage in providing client-focused insurance solutions, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and building long-term relationships with clients. Other responsibilities include maintaining an understanding of insurance products and services, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven skills in Sales and Insurance with a strong ability to close deals and offer tailored solutions
• Experience in training others or mentoring peers is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with strong time management and organizational skills
• Motivation to excel in a sales-driven environment while maintaining client satisfaction
• State insurance license or ability to obtain the required licensing is preferred
