As a Closets By Design Designer, you can help others organize their home. You will enjoy the flexibility of working from home and also meet with customers at their homes, at pre-set appointments close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

• Meet clients in their homes to understand their needs, style preferences, and storage challenges
• Design custom closets and other organizational solutions
• Present design concepts, layouts, finish options, and pricing to clients in a clear, professional manner
• Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and proposals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
• We are looking for coachable candidates
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete paid sales training
• Reliable access to motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
