About the job

We train agents to meet clients virtually who request information about protecting their mortgage and family. We provide exclusive direct mail leads, no cold calling, no lead limits.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States.

Need a state life insurance license. Unlicensed candidates will receive training and exam prep. Licensing typically takes 1‑2 weeks.

Clean criminal background (background check with fingerprinting required).

Ability to build rapport and connect with clients over the phone/virtually.

Ethical, self‑disciplined, trustworthy, growth mindset, performance‑driven, entrepreneurial, self‑directed, honest, personable, integrity, willing to serve clients.

Passionate about educating those in need.

Positive, confident and able to help clients in a low‑pressure environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Current levels vary between 70% – 140% annual premium written per policy. Commission level based on activity and sales.
Average advanced commission per sale $500‑$600; total per sale $750.
Part‑time agents (15 hrs/week) earn $35,000‑$50,000 per year.
Full‑time agents (40 hrs/week, 4 days) earn $100,000‑$250,000+ per year.
Direct deposit from insurance carriers.
