Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives! As a Closets by Design Designer, you can help others organize their home. You will enjoy the flexibility of working from home and also meet with customers at their homes, at pre-set appointments close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

• Direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with pay/bonus increase.

• Meet clients in their homes to understand their needs, style preferences, and storage challenges.
• Design custom closets and other organizational solutions.
• Present design concepts, layouts, finish options, and pricing to clients in a clear, professional manner.
• Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete paid sales training.
• Reliable access to motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
