Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Galveston, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will focus on engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored policy solutions. Responsibilities include actively prospecting and building client relationships, providing consultations to educate clients on available coverage options, preparing and presenting insurance proposals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry products and regulations.

The role also involves assisting clients with policy modifications and ensuring exceptional customer service to sustain long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and build relationships
  • Experience in sales and customer service, with an ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Knowledge of insurance products, specifically homeowners, auto, flood, windstorm, life, and business insurance, or a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to manage client accounts and workflows
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to provide tailored solutions
  • Valid insurance license or ability to obtain one (licensing assistance may be provided)
  • Familiarity with the Galveston area and coastal insurance needs is highly beneficial
