About the Role:

Join Pest Hunters - Mosquito Hunters & Humbug Holiday Lighting team as a Sales Associate. We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate with 1–2 years of sales experience

This is a Base Pay + Commission role, designed for someone who wants steady income plus meaningful earning potential

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to promote and sell mosquito control and holiday/permanent lighting services.
• Conduct assessments of customer properties and recommend tailored pest control & lighting solutions.
• Manage sales leads and follow up with potential clients to close sales effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to educate clients.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to promote services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years sales experience, preferably in pest control or home services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with a proven track record in sales.
• Basic knowledge of pest control practices and holiday lighting solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
