Intended Parent Relationship Managers (IPRMs) are sales executives responsible for building intent with Intended Parents and selling Hatch as the surrogacy agency of choice. Choosing the right surrogacy agency to build one’s family is an incredibly important (and financially expensive) decision with many moving parts including egg donation, surrogacy, and IVF. Hatch’s IPRMs are responsible for guiding prospective IPs through this decision‑making process.
This includes brand ambassadorship, building and nurturing their sales pipeline, education of potential customers, contract execution, and customer relationship management for the first few months of the Intended Parent journey with Hatch.
IP Relationship Managers are brand ambassadors for Hatch in their communities and take the initiative to promote Hatch and surrogacy in general. This role requires independent and self‑starter parents of surrogacy who are passionate about surrogacy and want to share their experience with others.
