This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Prescott Valley, AZ, with some flexibility for remote work. The Commission Sales Associate will engage with potential clients to promote healthcare solutions and services offered by Serve

MD. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, presenting services effectively, and meeting sales targets. The role requires collaboration with the marketing and customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

• Sales and client relationship management skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and build long-term relationships
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation techniques
• Knowledge of healthcare services and a passion for delivering client-centered solutions
• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work both remotely and on-site as needed
• Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  
  Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
