Job Description
Our Life Insurance Agent role offers a 100% remote‑work from home opportunity for those seeking flexibility and convenience of a fulfilling career, allowing you to operate from the comfort of your home. We’re looking for a results‑driven sales representative to actively engage with our company’s prospects, provide complete solutions, and boost customer acquisition and profitability. In this role, you will work independently with daily hands‑on training and access to top producers.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Leads: Use our unique platform that targets potential clients who have requested information about life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on the client.
- Interacting with Clients: Present, promote, and help clients make informed decisions based on comprehensive needs assessments, understanding their financial goals and insurance needs.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long‑term relationships with clients, offer continuous support and service by consulting regular follow‑ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Daily Hands‑On Training: Attend live company‑wide coaching sessions and access top virtual sales reps to accelerate learning.
- Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up‑to‑date records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals using advanced technology.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
- Strong prioritizing, time‑management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to present solutions that address concerns and fit budgets.
- Relationship‑management skills and openness to feedback.
- Industry experience helpful but not required.
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one; assistance provided.
Pay range is provided by Burns Marketing Group; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Discuss with recruiter for details.
- Base pay range: $50,000 – $150,000 per year.
- Annual bonus and commission (performance‑based, paid monthly).
- Residuals paid on anniversary date of client sale.
