Our Life Insurance Agent role offers a 100% remote‑work from home opportunity for those seeking the flexibility and convenience of a fulfilling career that can be performed from the comfort of your home.
We’re looking for a results‑driven sales representative to actively engage with our company’s customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost acquisition levels and profitability. In this role, you will work independently with daily hands‑on training and guidance from top producers in the company.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Leads:
Use our unique platform that targets potential clients who have requested information about our life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on the client. - Interacting with Clients:
Present, promote, and help clients make informed decisions about products based on comprehensive needs assessments that align with their financial goals and insurance needs. - Relationship Management:
Maintain long‑term relationships with clients, offer continuous support, and consult with regular follow‑ups to ensure client satisfaction. - Daily Hands‑On Training:
Attend live company wide coaching sessions to improve your skill set, with access to the top virtual sales reps in the company. - Sales Reporting:
Keep precise and up‑to‑date records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals using advanced technology. - Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong prioritizing, time‑management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to present a solution that addresses client concerns and meets their budget.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Industry experience equivalent is helpful but not required.
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one; we will assist in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed.
- Competitive compensation with a highly attractive commission and bonus structure.

- Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr – $/yr.
- Annual bonus and commission.
