About the roleOne of the key advantages of joining our team is the structured career progression and the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities from day one. As an SDR, you will drive outbound sales strategies and refine our approach to the DACH market. Your performance and impact will shape your bonus structure and career trajectory.
Beyond the SDR role, you’ll have clear growth opportunities into positions such as Senior SDR, Junior Account Executive, or Senior Account Executive.
Impact & Responsibilities- Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments exclusively in the German market by researching and analyzing market opportunities.
- Execute outbound campaigns through email, cold calls, and social media to engage prospects, qualify leads, and generate interest in bsport’s solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and an Account Executive to identify and generate qualified business opportunities.
- Book demos with an Account Executive.
- Develop expertise in the boutique fitness industry to better understand client needs and position bsport as the go‑to solution.
- Report and manage all activities on Hub Spot and Salesloft to organise your own sales pipeline.
- Attend industry events like FIBO alongside the German team to network, engage prospects, and promote bsport’s solutions.
- Native level German (key requirement) and fluency in English.
- Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast‑paced environment 💪.
- Eagerness to grow sales skills; first two weeks dedicated to intensive onboarding with top resources and ongoing training.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced, challenging environment, maintaining high‑quality outreach while working independently and fostering strong teamwork.
- Precise, effective communicator with creative mindset to share ideas, solve problems, and drive innovation. 🚀
- Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, Linked In, email platforms, etc.).
