This is a commission-only contract role for a Business Brokerage Agent in Central New Jersey. The position involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and valuing businesses; participating in mergers and acquisitions; advising on franchise resale opportunities; and supporting business ventures. Tasks include analyzing businesses, identifying buyer-seller matches, assisting with negotiations, and providing high-quality customer service.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
• Sales expertise and the ability to negotiate effectively
• Ability and willingness to provide training and support for businesses and clients
• Resourcefulness, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of business operations, financial principles, or commercial real estate is a plus
