Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time

Compensation: Base salary + Performance Bonuses

RWI Law, a mission-driven and rapidly growing law firm based in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help guide potential clients through the first and most critical step in their legal journey. This is a full-time, remote role (U.S.

-based only) that combines empathy, sales skills, and legal service knowledge to change lives for the better.

You must be available to work Central Time hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT).

• Confidently discuss and close high-ticket retainers
• Meet with scheduled prospects in person and by phone/video
• Present the firm’s legal services clearly and persuasively
• Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff for smooth client onboarding
• Track leads, calls, and conversions in our CRM
• Participate in weekly training and sales coaching sessions

• Experienced in Sales: 2+ years of sales closing experience
• Empathetic Communicator:
  Able to speak with warmth and confidence to clients in emotionally vulnerable situations
• Organized & Self-Driven:
  You manage your time well, follow up without being told, and consistently hit your goals
• U.S.
  
  -Based & Remote-Ready:
  You’re authorized to work in the U.S. and comfortable working from home in a professional environment
