Responsibilities- Responsible for the sales and service of Group Products to producers within the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales goals by line of business.
- Develop brokers within the sales territory.
- Adhere to established Field and Home Office administrative procedures.
- Follow company underwriting guidelines while soliciting and securing profitable business.
- Provide service to policyholders and brokers as necessary.
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the general operation of sales office functions as requested.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a relevant Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of group employee benefit experience and at least one successful year of Group Sales experience.
- Exceptional candidates from outside the group employee benefit industry may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

CompensationThe expected hiring range for this position is $46,620.00 – $58,290.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Englewood, CO). This range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards.
Work LocationWork location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
