Inbound Sales Agent – Remote (MCK)

Globe Life is looking for an Inbound Sales Agent to join our remote team, focusing on promoting and selling Globe Life Insurance products to new and existing customers.

As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will receive and make calls, provide consultative sales support, and help match customers with the products that best meet their needs. Success in this role relies on strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping customers.

• Week 1:
  Monday‑Friday, 11:30 am‑8:00 pm
• Week 2:
  Monday‑Friday, 11:30 am‑8:00 pm and rotating Saturdays, 8:00‑4:30 am or 8:30‑5:00 am with one weekday off per week

• Sell insurance products to new and existing customers.
• Handle inbound calls and make follow-up calls.
• Close new accounts and generate revenue for the company.
• Interact with customers primarily via telephone or email.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales, insurance, or call‑center experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone voice.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented team player.
• Confident and passionate about sales.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
