Sales Representative, Inbound Remote

Overview

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring a Sales Representative, Inbound Remote to handle incoming warm leads in a paid training program that includes licensing and a 16‑week or 18‑week curriculum depending on prior licensing status.

Base salary range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year. Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth. Commissions and bonuses can elevate earnings to $85,000+ for high performers. Benefits begin Day 1 and include comprehensive medical coverage and paid training for licensing in all 50 states. No cold calls; only warm inbound leads.

Remote work; candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, or Kentucky.

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on property and casualty insurance needs.
• Match product coverage to convert leads into policyholders.
• Maintain accurate records, meet daily sales targets, and adhere to corporate policies.

• 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Strong typing proficiency and PC proficiency.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire (paid training included).

4 weekdays and 1 weekend day in a 11 am‑8 pm (CST) window. Minimum 12‑month commitment before shift change.
