Organic Account Development Manager

  • Training and Development:
    You will be put through a highly interactive training course from your home office by our experienced education team. You will be required to master our state‑of‑the‑art CRM system, which is one of many tools provided for your success.
  • New Account Development:
    Focus on opening new accounts on a monthly basis, researching appropriate prospects and showing them the opportunity they must have to grow their business by adding MSS.
  • Business Consultation:
    Juggle many tasks and forecast your business weekly. Provide post‑sales support, customer product training, and act as a business consultant to your accounts, supporting their ongoing growth.
  • Sales Strategy:
    Provide actionable ideas on how to grow their business each time they place a new order. Help them with effective business consulting and sell‑through of the account product.
  • Performance Metrics:
    Be accountable for monthly/quarterly numbers, with success measured in bonus and commission.
  • Prospecting:
    Achieve the required minimum of 5 qualified new opens every quarter.
  • Routing and Account Cycle Visits:
    Plan and execute monthly routing and account cycle visits to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Business Analysis:
    Analyze your business needs and route yourself accordingly on a weekly basis.
  • Dynamic Presentations:
    Provide dynamic presentations of products and business ideas.
  • Travel Opportunities:
    Travel outside your territory, including trade shows and medical conferences that support your growth.

The competitive base salary plus a NO‑CAP highly attractive commission structure, geared toward base and new business development, is outstanding.
