Summary:
We are currently searching for dynamic and experienced Remote/work from home B2CInside Sales Representatives who embodies a strong learner mentality and a relentless drive for success. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and promoting our cutting‑edge Financial Education and Financial Technology services and products by making outbound sales calls to warm leads. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring complete client satisfaction by guiding leads through the buying process of our State of the Art Financial Market training journey.
Utilize your exceptional B2C telephone sales skills, emotional intelligence and financial markets knowledge to become a top producing B2C sales person. This exhilarating role demands integrity, vision, and the ability to close sales directly with the consumer!
- Consistently exceed performance metrics by demonstrating assertiveness and persistence.
- Engage with leads to understand and address their individual needs and dominate buying motive with our industry leading educational and technology driven products, showcasing your sales mentality.
- Drive sales and revenue by selling and upselling high ticket products.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, utilizing active listening skills to identify lucrative opportunities, demonstrating your emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrate unwavering persistence and resilience when faced with the leads objections while striving for excellence.
We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions that result in an expected OTE of $70,000‑$150,000.
Required Qualifications- Proven success in B2C telephone sales, showcasing your assertiveness and persistence (1-2 years minimum).
- General understanding of at least the Forex, Stocks, Options or Crypto trading.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of success in qualifying the consumer, overcoming objections and closing the deal.
- Quick thinking skills to quickly overcome the lead's objections.
- Excellent teamwork abilities and commitment to fostering an ethical environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, highlighting your emotional intelligence.
- Ability to think on your feet.
