We are on the hunt for a Sales Progressor with previous estate agency or conveyancing experience and a strong knowledge of the property sales process to manage a sales pipelines communicate with all parties involved in the transaction and deliver dependable client service in a busy Reading based estate agency.

This role is ideal for someone with previous estate agency or residential sales progression experience who is looking for a Monday to Friday role and who thrives on accuracy communication and managing a property sale from offer to completion.

You will work closely with clients solicitors mortgage advisors and other partners to ensure each transaction progresses smoothly and within required timescales.

• Managing sales from offer through to completion
• Updating clients regularly on progress and timescales
• Liaising with solicitors mortgage advisors and external agencies
• Monitoring and supporting all parties within a sales chain
• Ensuring documentation and processes are completed accurately
• Delivering high-level customer service throughout the transaction
• Identifying and resolving issues that may delay completion

• Previous residential property sales progression experience
• Strong understanding of the property sales process
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional organisational ability
• Confidence in liaising with multiple sectors and stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Accuracy attention to detail and reliability
• Living within easy reach of Reading

• Monday to Friday working week
• Mix of office-based and home-based working
