What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Expert and Success Services
  • Lead negotiation engagements to evaluate organizational risks and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with sales teams to position Expert and Success services effectively
  • Identify and pursue additional business opportunities within designated accounts
  • Ensure a seamless transition to the Delivery organization through comprehensive handovers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of experience in selling professional services or solutions in the software industry, particularly in the Federal space
  • Proven consultative sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with a solid understanding of cloud application technology
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships within internal and external ecosystems
  • BA/BS degree is desired and travel required up to 50%
