Job Overview:

The Account Executive will drive qualified sales leads for our new business pipeline by identifying, proactively prospecting, and nurturing high-potential targets. This role is responsible for converting these leads into qualified sales opportunities, ready for seamless transition to our project management team and programmatic workflow. You will work closely with the CEO, National Sales Director, and Marketing and Creative Teams to support and execute successful lead generation strategies.

Schedule & Travel Details:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Work Model: This is a remote position with a fluid schedule.
Travel: Approximately 30% travel to Vivid Impact headquarters and prospective client locations.

Compensation Details:

$85,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Commissions.

What You'll Do:
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and implement national sales strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Revenue Generation / Performance Management: Achieve and exceed revenue targets by driving sales growth and market penetration.
  • National Networking: Leverage your professional network and attend industry events to promote our organization and value-added offerings to prospective clients.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Develop and apply best practices for sales processes, including CRM systems and the ongoing management of an active sales funnel.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in a true outside, hunter-based, new business sales role.
  • Extensive experience within the Marketing Technology (Mar Tech) or printing industries.
  • Strong national network within one of our target markets:
    Retail, Convenience, Healthcare, Alternative Beverage.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Experience using CRM databases and Linked In; skilled in managing an active sales funnel.
  • Professional and approachable team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Comfortable managing both short and long sales cycles.
  • Able to thrive independently and in collaboration with internal teams.
