Position: Outside Sales Representative - Printing & Signage (Partial Remote)

What You Will Be Doing
  • Grow company revenue through referrals, repeat business, and new client acquisition.
  • Work existing prospect lists and build your own pipeline through networking, market research, cold/warm outreach.
  • Manage and nurture a small inherited book of business—including several Delaware-based clients (occasional travel required).
  • Meet prospects, understand their printing/marketing needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal Design & Operations teams to ensure flawless execution and a 5-star client experience.
  • Present services, upsell opportunities, and support clients through problem-solving and solution recommendations.
  • Learn and utilize company systems including Print Management/Estimating Software (Printers Plan) and CRM (Plan Prophet).
  • Develop strong product knowledge across printing, signage, apparel, promo items & marketing services.
Experience You Will Need
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience with a record of meeting sales targets in printing, signage, apparel, or promo industries.
  • Expertise in marketing or graphic design basics.
  • Existing network in Maryland/Delaware commercial markets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work under deadlines and stay productive despite rejection.
  • Experience selling to SMBs and enterprise accounts.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand product specifications, pricing, and production timelines.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote tools/video calls when working in hybrid mode.
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent professional experience.
