We are looking to expand our sales team and are seeking an experienced Travel Planner, focused on incoming travel to Italy. This is a remote position based in Italy.

• Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services with a primary focus on Italy
• Create client profiles and prepare client quotations
• Ensure inquiries are dealt with in a precise and timely manner ascertaining all requirements
• Convert enquiries and meet sales targets
• Offer bespoke travel solutions tailored to individual client needs, crafting unique itineraries to fulfill specific requests
• Maintain organized communication, quotations, and reports
• Stay current with the travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training and tools

• In depth knowledge of travel destinations in Italy
• Experience planning and selling luxury travel in Italy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Company CRM, and Booking Platform
• Team-oriented mindset, extremely motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Candidates should embody a sociable, passionate, and sophisticated demeanor
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in the travel industry especially in the Italian travel market
• Impeccable attention to detail ensuring flawless execution of all travel arrangements

The initial 2-week training will be conducted in Travelive's EU headquarters in Athens - Greece.
