Join Avis Budget Group as a Rental Sales Agent. We’re hiring immediately to fill full‑time positions at our airport rental counters in Kailua Kona, HI.

• Rent cars and promote Avis Budget products and services at airport rental counters.
• Process contracts, identify customer needs, and upsell offerings to enhance the travel experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.

• Bi‑weekly hourly wage plus an unlimited commission / incentive / bonus plan (potential earnings up to 3× annual base salary).
• Minimum commission guarantee for the first two months.
• On‑the‑job training to improve professional sales skills.
• Paid time off, medical, dental and other insurance.

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Professional, engaging personality.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Position requires regular on‑site presence; remote work not possible.
• 6 months real‑estate or retail sales experience in a fast‑paced environment is a bonus.
