Summary
As a Client Solutions Manager, you will own a portfolio of enterprise customers and will be directly responsible for their growth. You will design and execute your own account acquisition and account expansion strategies while coaching a high‑performance team. Your book of business will consist of the most prominent investment firms in the region. This role is fast‑paced and client‑facing with a focus on client portfolio growth and team development.

Responsibilities

• Grow a portfolio of enterprise customers through account acquisition and account expansion strategies

• Hire and coach top performers and maintain talent density

• Innovate and improve processes and policies within the Client Solutions department

Qualifications

• You display a “challenge‑accepted” mentality

• You are passionate about training, coaching, and developing talent

• You inspire and motivate your team to achieve ambitious goals

• You are results‑driven and excel at identifying new & innovative ways to drive growth

• 3-5 years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles; 1-2 years of experience managing a client-facing team

Pay Transparency Notice:
Full‑time offers from Office Hours also include target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay range: $110,000 – $130,000, based on seniority and relevant experience

This is a hybrid role, in our San Francisco office 2-3 times per week.
