Job Responsibilities
  • Initiate and manage outbound email and phone campaigns to generate leads
  • Develop and implement social media strategies and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
  • Coordinate swag mailers and account management activities
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline while executing the employer's prospecting process with excellence
  • Foster and maintain multiple client relationships to ensure satisfaction and success
Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in a technical sales environment
  • Minimum educational requirement:
    High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Proven track record of action-oriented behavior and driving results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a role that involved generating leads and managing client relationships
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize work processes
  • Previous experience in a hybrid work environment
