What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage Pro Account Executives to achieve performance objectives
  • Monitor the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for Pro Products
  • Shape and implement effective sales strategies and processes
  • Mentor team members and foster strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and product adoption
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS environment
  • Direct account executive or account manager quota-carrying experience

    Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with the preferred industry experience
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Google Slides
  • Experience in remote working environments
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent cross-functional communication skills
  • Creativity and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
