This is a fully remote position designed for individuals who want flexibility, training, and clear advancement opportunities. You’ll connect exclusively with clients who have already requested information — no cold calling, ever.

• Contact and follow up with warm leads
• Conduct virtual meetings to explain benefit options
• Guide clients through choosing a plan that fits their needs
• Assist with digital paperwork and applications
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up
• Participate in team calls and ongoing coaching
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally

• Are self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
• Want control over your schedule and income
• Are comfortable with basic tech tools (Zoom, email, CRM)
• Have a background in customer service or sales (a plus, not a must)
• Are legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
