- Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
- Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
- Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

- Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11am-8pm CST). Expected for a minimum of 12 months before shift change.
- All computer equipment is provided. Work at home requires a dedicated desk, wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services not supported.
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty License required after hire.
Pay Philosophy:
The typical starting salary range is determined by skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value across the national market.
