What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage 3 to 4 Distributors with annual Ductless product sales exceeding $30MM
  • Compile and report competitive product and pricing data relevant to job quotes
  • Train the sales channel on Ductless products and marketing programs
  • Identify product gaps and work with Product Management to prioritize solutions
  • Build consultative relationships with Distribution and Dealers as a subject matter expert
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, engineering, product management, or installation of HVAC ductless products
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in ductless sales with wholesale distributors
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
