• 7+ years of proven success in technical B2B sales management
• Experience with multiple channels to market including distribution and project developers
• Demonstrated ability to close significant commercial deals and exceed revenue targets
• Technical understanding of commercial solar PV systems and energy infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred

• Strategic approach to territory development and account planning
• Ability to articulate complex technical and financial concepts to various stakeholders
