Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
23 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development preferably in e-commerce or tech.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proven ability to hit sales goals and manage a pipeline of leads.
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and online communication platforms.
Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience selling in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital services industries.
Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Woo Commerce, or Amazon Marketplace.
Understanding of online consumer behavior and digital marketing basics.
Previous remote sales experience is a plus.
