As we expand our operations, we are seeking motivated and dynamic Commission-Based Sales Representatives to join our team and help drive our growth.

Job Description
:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales for our event services. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and the potential to earn substantial commission-based income.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of event services (DJ, photography, security, sound rentals, and event packages).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Present and promote Stellar Entertainment’s services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements
:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the event services or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (experience with Hub Spot is a plus).
  • Massachusetts and Rhode Islandresidences preferred but not require.
