- Conduct brief phone or Zoom conversations to confirm interest and provide next steps.
- Help connect families with licensed professionals who can review their benefit options.
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and scheduling details in the digital system.
- Follow up with members to ensure appointments are completed and satisfaction is maintained.
- Take part in
training, mentorship, and development programs
to strengthen communication and organizational skills. - Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration and consistency are valued.
- Strong communication skillsand a friendly, professional phone presence.
- Comfort with basic technology including Zoom, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.
- Excellent organization, time management, and reliabilityin meeting goals and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently from home.
- Apositive, coachable attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Must be able topass a routine background check.
