Location: 605 Seventh Avenue, New Westminster

Hours: 30 hours per week

Pay: $20 per hour plus commissions per sale

Commission: Bonuses for booked consultations, successful rollovers, and challenge enrollments. High performers typically earn $4,000 to $5,000 per month, directly tied to consistency, follow up, and effort.

F45 New Westminster brings in a high volume of inquiries every month. These are real people who want support, clarity, and direction. The first conversation they have with us determines whether they take action or disappear.

This role exists because we move fast, we grow consistently, and we do not accept passive sales. Our systems give you every tool you need, but your drive determines your results. When you show up prepared, stay consistent with follow up, and communicate well, your income reflects it immediately.

We are hiring a Sales Representative who takes ownership, thrives on momentum, and understands that their earning potential is directly tied to their work ethic.

• One or more years in sales, customer service, or membership based roles.
• Strong phone presence and confidence in having real conversations.
• Comfortable using a CRM and tracking personal KPIs.
• Strong written communication.
• Reliable, coachable, and consistent in follow through.
• Evenings and weekends available when required.
• You bring a standout quality people genuinely love such as empathy, clarity, confidence, or connection.
