In this role, you will leverage your strategic acumen to identify Exclusive Leads that can make a significant impact. This involves creating innovative and captivating messages that initiate conversations with promising leads. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to Exclusive Leads in your designated territory and/or niche, raising awareness about the best options for clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in insurance sales, team development, and fast‑tracking your career in a dynamic environment.

This role offers a base commission range that ensures one of the highest profitability ratios in the industry. Commission increases are based on monthly sales performance, with the potential for a 5% raise every month during your first three months, followed by increases every two months thereafter. Our system promotes equity and transparency among team members, aligning with market standards. More information about our benefits and equity structure is available upon request.
Sales positions also qualify for enticing incentives and pay raises, with the potential to earn up to or over 120% of the sales amount. You'll have the opportunity to secure substantial incentive bonuses, including profit sharing based on the company's overall sales performance, with the possibility of earning over eight monthly bonuses.
