For consideration, applicants must be living in the state of MA or within commutable distance to our Cambridge, MA office. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home on Fridays, while collaborating in the office from Monday through Thursday.

In this role, you will own and grow a book of business made up of Group Coordinators. You will qualify, follow up, and convert sales leads to customers via outbound phone sales, driving sustainable and scalable growth. As part of our Sales Development Program, you will develop your own book of business, follow up on warm leads, and maintain a healthy pipeline while learning the business and building a loyal customer base.

• Compensation:
  First‑year Tour Consultants have an on‑target earning potential of $70,000 (base salary starting at $50,000 and $20,000 bonus potential). In addition, there is uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals. You are eligible for a promotion to Senior Tour Consultant after 2 years of successfully exceeding goals and excellent performance with an increased OTE of $95,000 ($65,000 base and $30,000 bonus potential).
