As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding the company's sales team and coverage across key territories. This role demands a seasoned sales professional with at least 10 years of experience, particularly in managing large territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for both maintaining an existing customer base and generating new business opportunities. This role requires a strong ability to work independently in a remote/field-based setting, with a minimum of 25% travel to engage with clients and partners.
Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM is essential, as well as the ability to adapt to the dynamic demands of the industry.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 depending on territory
- $48,000 to $60,000 variable target commission, with a total on-target earnings of $150,000 to $160,000
