Your Mission:
As a Benefits Specialist, you’ll work directly with clients who have requested our services. You’ll walk them through their benefit options and help them secure the right protection for their families — all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Connect with pre-qualified individuals via phone or video (no cold calls)
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Assist clients in completing applications with accuracy and care
- Provide excellent ongoing service and support
- Work toward weekly and monthly performance targets
- Engage in virtual training and development sessions to grow your skillset
Who You Are:
- Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communicator with a professional presence
- Organized, focused, and goal-driven
- Tech-comfortable and adaptable in a remote environment
- Prior customer-facing experience is an asset, but not mandatory
- Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
