- You have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
, ideally selling to retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing teams. - You speak and write fluent German (native or near-native) — this is non-negotiable.
- You’ve owned a full-cycle closing role before, from outbound to signature, with consistent target over achievement.
- You are truly independent
: you don’t wait for leads or instructions — you create your own momentum. - You are very comfortable owning outreach
: prospecting, sequencing, follow-ups, multithreading, and building pipeline is part of your daily craft. - You have a resilient, driven, problem-solver mentality — setbacks don’t slow you down, they sharpen you.
- You’re confident engaging senior stakeholders (Head/Director/VP level) and can lead commercial conversations with clarity and authority.
- You know how to sell value, not just features, and can connect product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- You’re used to working with modern tools like Hub Spot, Sales Navigator, Slack, Zoom, and sales enablement stacks.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote culture and love working with international teams.

As an Account Executive at Publitas, you will drive new business and grow our presence across the DACH region. In more detail:
- Own DACH revenue growth
: build and execute a territory plan to consistently hit and exceed targets. - Run full-cycle sales
: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals across mid-market and enterprise segments. - Build your own pipeline
: independently generate outbound opportunities using smart, high-quality outreach and multichannel prospecting. - Sell consultatively
: deeply understand customer challenges and position Publitas as a strategic solution that drives measurable impact. - Lead complex deal processes
: navigate multiple stakeholders, long cycles, and procurement steps with discipline and confidence. - Stay close to the market
: use customer insight and competitor awareness to sharpen messaging and uncover new opportunities. - Work tightly with Marketing/CS/Product to ensure strong handovers, expansion potential, and feedback loops that improve our GTM.
- Forecast accurately and keep your pipeline, activities, and next steps crystal clear in Hub Spot.
- Represent Publitas externally at key DACH retail and e-commerce events when relevant.
