Inbound Remote Sales Representative role at Liberty Mutual Insurance
. This position is based in Arizona and is part of Liberty Mutual's Contact Center Sales Organization. The role includes paid training and licensing in all 50 states.

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth plus generous commission. Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and commission. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.

As an Inbound Sales Representative you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.

• Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

• Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example: 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for at least 12 months.
• All computer equipment is provided. Maintain a dedicated workspace with wired internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with the ability to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary is determined by factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects market value and includes the potential for commission and/or bonuses in some roles as defined by the compensation plan.
