Role: Senior Account Director / Account Director
Department: Client Services
Location: East Coast, USA (Florida or surrounding areas) remote-based with regular client visits in the US and occasional travel to the UK.
About the OpportunityWe’re seeking an ambitious Account Director or Senior Account Director to take ownership of key client relationships across North America. This is a pivotal role for a confident relationship-builder who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and enjoys being close to the action. You’ll work face-to-face with clients to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities, and help deliver campaigns that drive measurable impact and cultural relevance.

What You’ll Do- Take full ownership of client relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns and meet performance goals.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to grow accounts and expand our remit.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across projects.
- Lead and inspire account teams, providing mentorship and clear direction.
- Coordinate and lead pitch presentations, creative proposals, and campaign reviews.
- Provide insight-driven feedback and contribute to strategic growth plans.
- 5+ years’ experience in an agency environment, ideally in brand communications, sport, gaming, or entertainment
. - Proven track record as an Account Director delivering successful campaigns and growing client accounts.
- Exceptional client servicing skills with a natural ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering against KPIs.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Creative, culturally aware, and passionate about sport or gaming.
- Confident working independently across time zones with international teams.
