The role of Sales and Customer Service Consultant is responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries via phone calls and emails from both travel agents and consumers, understanding their requirements, providing tailored recommendations, and successfully concluding sales transactions, all while fostering long‑term relationships. Excellent relationship building and customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to thrive working in a fast‑paced environment will help you to be successful in the role.

• 3 years’ travel sales and customer service experience preferably within a contact centre environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, for example tourism, sales or hospitality.
• Ability to quickly learn and maintain current knowledge of Aurora Expeditions products and services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, CRM software (Salesforce preferred), and experience with travel reservations systems is desirable.
