What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive digital sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned customer segments
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring successful renewals and account transitions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and achieve business targets
  • Lead onboarding and implementation of customer solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction
  • Develop and manage a daily territory call plan to maximize customer engagement and sales efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible sales experience
  • Proven history of successful consultative selling in a diverse customer marketplace
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient understanding of retail and alternate care industries
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly within retail and alternate care segments
  • Advanced understanding of financial concepts related to maximizing sales profit
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge sales technologies, including AI-driven CRM tools and analytics software
  • Ability to adapt to change and monitor multiple tasks effectively
