Qualifications And Responsibilities
  • Follow all production and effort‑based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service
  • Demonstrate self‑motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization
  • Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and training conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams
  • Have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E‑worksheet, Ring Central, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
  • Work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • Possess sales experience
  • Hold an active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
  • Reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship: AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, , IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN
