- Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records to ensure maximum coverage of all accounts
- Identify and establish productive relationships with key decision-makers and customers to enhance sales opportunities
- Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10 years of medical device sales experience, with at least 5 years in Aortic sales
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of AAA and/or Thoracic procedures
- Demonstrated success in a previous sales role with high performance in a competitive environment
- Experience in sales planning, organization, and execution
- Skills in account, inventory, expense, and budget management
- Continuous self-development and computer literacy
