What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for assigned territory by promoting and selling Medtronic Endovascular products
  • Manage territory organization, administration, and expense planning while training medical staff on products and procedures
  • Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records to ensure maximum coverage of all accounts
  • Identify and establish productive relationships with key decision-makers and customers to enhance sales opportunities
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of medical device sales experience, with at least 5 years in Aortic sales
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of AAA and/or Thoracic procedures
  • Demonstrated success in a previous sales role with high performance in a competitive environment
  • Experience in sales planning, organization, and execution
  • Skills in account, inventory, expense, and budget management
  • Continuous self-development and computer literacy
